ON ACF PROGRAMMATIC ACCREDITATION
An ACF accreditation is a mark of program quality, based on the high standards of culinary instruction and training, set by the American Culinary Federation (ACF).
Quality covers all significant aspects of program administration such as:
- the scope and content of the curriculum, and its relevance to industry needs
- the qualifications and continuous development of faculty members tasked to deliver the courses
