ON ACF PROGRAMMATIC ACCREDITATION

An ACF accreditation is a mark of program quality, based on the high standards of culinary instruction and training, set by the American Culinary Federation (ACF).

Quality covers all significant aspects of program administration such as:

  • the scope and content of the curriculum, and its relevance to industry needs
  • the qualifications and continuous development of faculty members tasked to deliver the courses
  • the facilities provided, in support of the curriculum and all other related aspects that are significant in program delivery.

A five-year program accreditation given by the ACF to AHA Philippines, the first ever in the Philippines, signifies not only the level of compliance with ACF’s high standards of program quality. It is also a reflection of the level of trust and confidence by the ACF, in the ability of AHA Phil to maintain and continuously raise its quality standards, within the stated time frame..

Students who satisfactorily complete the AHA Phil course requirements based on the ACF accredited curriculum, qualify for the distinction of “Certified Culinarian” upon graduation. This indicates that the graduate has achieved the high standards of professional competence set by the ACFEF.
