On 15-18 September 2010, AHA Culinary team joined the Thailand’s International Culinary Cup held at Royal Paragon Hall, Siam Paragon Bangkok, Thailand. Also included in the TICC 2010 programme were specific contests testing culinary skill in categories including modern Thai cuisine cooking, fusion free style cooking, pasta free style cooking and seafood free style cooking.
AHA also participated on a 4-day Thai Cookery Course at Suan Dusit International Culinary School.
