Cook and Live the AHA Way
AHA cares…
“…the prerequisite of success: hard work, keen intelligence, and unflinching will.”
-Theodore Roosevelt
These are the very core values that AHA had instilled in me.It was 2012 when I first decided to pursue the culinary industry. I was young, ambitious and I know that to be successful in this field isn’t going to be easy. AHA paved the way. More than the academics, AHA helped me grow and mature. AHA nurtured me.
There is still so much to look forward to, but today, I am happy and contented in what I have accomplished in my chosen career. Thank you AHA.

When I enrolled in AHA I did not fully anticipate the hardships and struggles I would face. But I am sure all students feel this at times. I frequently battled frustrations while understanding I needed to maintain a good temperament and attitude. In the end, the struggles paid off. I realized that AHA and its staff are molding their students to have a better future possible, and the struggles are necessary to our success. As a result, I gained a rewarding U.S.-based internship that I will treasure for a lifetime. And now working in one of the 2nd biggest Sheraton in the world here in Dallas Texas.
I learned so much from professional and personal standpoint, and AHA set me up for that. My culinary knowledge was boosted from my graduation at AHA. I will always treasure my education the friends that I met during my journey with AHA.July 12, 2018
Ever since college my dream was to become a Chef. When I had the opportunity last year, without a doubt, I entered a culinary school. Good thing I found AHA. They taught me and enhanced my culinary skills for the past 7 months with them. Now I am a new graduate; I passed the exam and am now a Chef. It’s worth it. Make your dreams a reality with AHA.

A place to learn, a place to have fun, a place to go crazy; AHA is a place where impossible can be made possible. AHA is the only place where you can have Fun while learning; especially if being a culinarian is your dream. AHA made the biggest influence in my Culinary Life since they taught me all the things I need to know to prepare me for the bigger battle in the real world. AHA opened a lot of doors for me to enhance my skills and level it up to a greater height. But the best thing is, AHA taught me that having the right Attitude will be my greatest weapon when I face the world.
Just like Steve Jobs said “People who are crazy enough are the Ones who Do”. Its Ok to get crazy and have fun but remember to add attitude to have a better result.

The intensive training has taught me how to follow the rules, to have a positive attitude, to work with people, to learn full range of skills and dedication. I had one of the best experiences at AHA and it greatly helped me to be what I am now.May 11, 2017
AHA taught me the wondrous things the world of Culinary Arts has to show. I feel even more certain about my dream about wanting to be a great chef.

I chose AHA Philippines because they offer an excellent program for culinary students with highly qualified and experienced professors that would ultimately help students fulfill their dream of becoming a professional chef in the future. As a student they motivate me to step beyond my comfort zone and to grow as a person. They helped me hone my skills in cooking and develop my creativity in plating and food preparation. It has been an incredible learning experience! It changed my life. It was a privilege and an honor to be one of the students of AHA Philippines. Now, I can say that I am fully equipped to venture into the culinary world industry.

I don’t think there’s any other school better than AHA in this country that could test you if you’re dedicated to the field. Because dedication and passion is what will drive you to get through their tests, and those tests will groom you to be a person who’s attitude would be completely different compared to when you first walked into their doors.
AHA taught us that in order to become a good chef, you must be a well rounded cook first and that I believe is what trained me and what still guides me to this day.
What sets AHA apart is the discipline that they inculcate in you by immersing you in diverse kitchen experiences that simulate the hardships and pressures in a real-world professional kitchen environment each and every day.
AHA Philippines is the best place to learn about the industry, perfect your skills and knowledge, and become the culinary professional you want to be. When we were students, our chefs treat us as if we are professionals , which helped us a lot in preparation for this very challenging culinary world.
My formal culinary journey began at AHA in 2007. At that time, it was the only culinary school that offered Culinary Arts and Entrepreneurship. I was impressed that it was ahead of the other schools in terms of offering a business component to a culinary course.
